It is water repellant and launders exceptionally well. I have line dried and I’ve tumble dried and both good. Easy to put onto bed and fits snuggly with no wrinkles. Will be buying again.

This is very nice for my sofa bed. The size was perfect as it stretches a bit and the elastic band.underneath keeps all.in place. Very happy with this purchase.

I wanted to buy a mattress cover for a futon mattress that has ‘dimples’ where the toggles are sewn in. I was pleasantly surprised with the cover as it fulfilled this criteria and is a good thickness and very soft. It fits the king sized mattress perfectly. The side panels are quite deep and tuck in well underneath the mattress. Reasonably priced.
