Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. I have searched for an extra soft pillow for years! I read the reviews on this one and thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did. This pillow is perfect! I am very picky about my pillows and can't use anything that isn't extremely soft and pliable. I was using pillows that I've owned for over 10 years because I couldn't find anything that compared. This pillow is exactly what I've been searching for over the last few years. It is very soft and allows my head to sink into the soft fabric. I absolutely LOVE this pillow and am so happy that I found it.

Lovely pillows I have gone back to using feather pillows after many years of trying others with different fillings, all of which no matter how expensive has ended up with a dent in the middle where Your head rests, ending up with having to throw them out after not much usage.these pillows have a very good amount of filling and the outer cotton covering The feathers is of a very good threadcount so will not allow the feathers to poke through I was going to purchase a tick pillow covering but I can see that I will not need these with these pillows, all it needs after a nights sleep is a good poof and a shake and they are back to the right support for your next nights sleep.Very good price and fast delivery very impressed.

These are our first duck feather pillows ever. We recently stayed at a 5 star hotel & I just loved their pillows so I decided to finally get a pair. I really, really love these! They are so comfy - not too soft or firm, just right. It's like laying your head on a cushiony cloud. The only thing (for me) is they stay warm. I'm a habitual pillow flipper - I do it several times a night cause I like the "cold" feel... Well these don't give me that the way I'd like them to & I'm sure it's cause their down filled. It's me though... My weird brain, so don't let that stop you from buying these. It's just a habit of mine that I'm not missing as the days go on (it's been about a week now). I only sleep with this one pillow under my head so that should say something. We really do love these!

I am actually bought my first ever feather pillow- so I thought I would leave a review. I have seen three times as much on feather/ down pillows prices in shops, and this is by far a better quality than the more expensive pillows available in market. I have problems with neck/shoulder pain and have tried almost every pillow you can name, and this one is "just right." It molds to my head/neck/shoulders better than any other pillow- including memory foam and other down/feather blends. I have had no problems with feathers or down poking through, as is often the problem with these type of pillows! And it is VERY comfortable. I've had no problem with it losing its "fluff" .The only advice from me is you need to shake it well before use because these pillows are pressed a bit in packaging to save freight and when you shake them well the feather comes back to their original position and the pillows regain its position.
