Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

I thought i'd give these a go as other mattress protectors didn't all have good reviews. These did. And they are great. My son has wet the bed several times now (he refuses to wear night time nappy pants) and they have held the wee. no soaking through to the mattress. The crackling noise you usually get from these things, well its hardly noticeable. And the fitting is great, it covers his memory foam topper and mattress with ease. I intend to buy more for my daughter's bed who is now potty training. They wash well and at the moment dry well (due to hot summer we're having). I would def recommend!

This mattress protector has a good quality feel to it, and has already been 'tested', so to speak, on several occasions and has done exactly the job it is intended to, i.e. protected the mattress from harm. The padding is comfortable and when it is under a bedsheet you are not 'aware' that there is a waterproof sheet underneath. The padding also seems to absorb fluid, rather than having it 'sit' on the sheet like it does on ones without padding, which is a plus. It is a fitted sheet which fits well on my mattress.
Definitely recommended over cheaper alternatives, which I've found can be a bit of a false economy.

I was so impressed with the first one of these quilted mattress protectors that I ordered another 3 to protect all 4 of my children's new mattresses. Having bought cheaper ones in the past and ending up with wet mattresses anyway, I was worried about the new mattresses becoming destroyed too. There has only been 1 little accident in my youngest child's bed since I bought the new ones and the mattress was completely dry underneath. In addition, the protector was easy to machine wash and dry and I have every confidence that these will last for years. The protector is also deep fitting so no more popping off the mattress thankfully!! Very happy to recommend.

I bought two of these, my little girl wets the bed every night almost, and so I needed something very waterproof, but not crinkly and uncomfortable. Excellent quality. No noise when lying in bed. Really comfortable, and easy to wash. It dries fast too. My last protector, come apart at the corner seems, as the mattress on my little girls bed is one of the thickest on the market, and was really snug. This protector even fits her bed very well, and is easily removed as it still has some 'give' in it, even for the thickness of the mattress she has. 10/10. One of my best buys.
